SOLOHOOD아동 안전 표준
SOLOHOOD(이하 "서비스")를 운영하는 유빅콜렉티브(이하 "운영자")는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, 이하 "CSAE")를 어떤 형태로도 용납하지 않습니다. 이 문서는 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책에 따라 운영자가 지키는 표준과 대응 절차, 이용자가 신고하는 방법을 공개합니다.
1. 금지 행위
다음 행위는 서비스에서 전면 금지되며, 1회 위반만으로도 계정이 영구 정지됩니다.
- 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM)의 제작, 보유, 요청, 공유, 전송 또는 링크 게시
- 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상화하는 텍스트, 이미지, 외부 링크의 게시·전송
- 아동에게 접근하거나 신뢰를 얻어 성적 목적으로 유인하는 행위(그루밍)
- 아동과의 만남을 성적 목적으로 제안·주선하거나 이를 암시하는 행위
- 아동 인신매매, 성매매 알선 등 아동을 착취하는 모든 행위
- 만 18세 미만인 사실을 숨기고 서비스에 가입하거나, 미성년자의 가입을 돕는 행위
2. 연령 제한
서비스는 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며, 이는 이용약관에 명시되어 있습니다. 운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자가 만 18세 미만임이 확인되면 계정을 즉시 정지하고 관련 데이터를 삭제합니다.
서비스는 공개 피드, 프로필 검색, 팔로우 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자는 본인이 직접 체크인해 위치와 시간을 열어둔 동안에만, 같은 시간대에 열려 있는 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다. 불특정 다수가 프로필을 둘러보거나 검색할 수 없는 구조입니다.
3. 신고 방법
이용자는 앱 안에서 직접 아동 안전 관련 우려사항을 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 내 신고: 상대 프로필 또는 대화 화면의 메뉴에서 신고를 선택하고 사유를 입력합니다. 대화 중에도 언제든 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 내 차단: 같은 메뉴에서 차단을 선택하면 상대는 즉시 본인의 근처 목록과 손 흔들기에서 사라지고, 다시 연결될 수 없습니다.
- 이메일 신고: 앱을 이용할 수 없는 상황이거나 긴급한 경우 support@solohood.xyz로 신고할 수 있습니다. 계정을 보유하지 않은 제3자의 신고도 접수합니다.
신고자의 신원은 신고 대상자에게 공개되지 않습니다.
4. 대응 절차
- 접수: 아동 안전 관련 신고는 다른 신고보다 우선해 처리합니다.
- 검토: 운영자가 신고 내용과 관련 대화·프로필을 직접 검토합니다. 검토 중 필요한 경우 해당 계정의 서비스 이용을 임시 제한합니다.
- 조치: CSAE에 해당한다고 판단되면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다. 소명이나 경고 절차 없이 즉시 조치합니다.
- 신고: 수사기관에 신고하고, 수사에 필요한 범위에서 관련 자료를 보존·제공합니다.
- 보존: 법령에 따라 필요한 자료는 수사 목적으로 보존하며, 이 경우 계정 삭제 요청이 있더라도 해당 자료는 법정 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
5. 관련 법령 준수
운영자는 대한민국 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」을 비롯해 서비스가 제공되는 지역의 아동 안전 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
CSAE로 판단되는 사안은 다음 기관에 신고합니다.
- 경찰청 사이버범죄 신고시스템(ECRM) 또는 112
- 방송통신심의위원회 불법·유해정보 신고(1377, remedy.kocsc.or.kr)
- 서비스가 대한민국 외 지역으로 확대되는 경우, 해당 지역의 법정 신고 기관
이용자 또한 아동 성착취물을 발견한 경우 위 기관에 직접 신고할 수 있습니다.

Child Safety Standards (English)

SOLOHOOD is operated by UbikCollective. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our standards, how to report a concern, and how we respond, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
Prohibited conduct. The following are banned outright, and a single violation results in permanent account termination: creating, holding, requesting, sharing, transmitting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); posting or sending text, images or links that sexualise a minor; grooming or otherwise building trust with a minor for sexual purposes; proposing or arranging a meeting with a minor for sexual purposes; child trafficking or any other exploitation of a minor; and joining the service while under 18, or helping a minor to join.
Age restriction. SOLOHOOD is for adults aged 18 and over only, as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. An account found to belong to someone under 18 is suspended immediately and its data deleted. The service has no public feed, no profile search and no follow graph: you are visible only to people who are checked in nearby at the same time, and only while your own check-in is open.
How to report. Users can report child safety concerns from inside the app: open the menu on a person's profile or in a chat and choose Report, then describe the issue. The same menu offers Block, which removes that person from your nearby list immediately and prevents any further contact. Anyone, including people without an account, may also email support@solohood.xyz. The identity of a reporter is never disclosed to the reported party.
How we respond. Child safety reports are handled ahead of all other reports. We review the report together with the relevant profile and conversation, restricting the account in the meantime where necessary. Where we find CSAE, we remove the content and permanently terminate the account with no warning or appeal step, report the matter to law enforcement, and preserve the relevant material for the investigation, including where the account holder has requested deletion.
Legal compliance. We comply with the Republic of Korea's Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offences and the Network Act, and with child safety law in any other territory where the service operates. We report CSAE to the Korean National Police Agency (ECRM, or 112) and to the Korea Communications Standards Commission (1377). If the service expands beyond Korea, we will report to the statutory reporting body for that territory.
